By the time Steve graduated from high school in 1968, he and his father were working together and have been ever since. He took over as President once his Dad retired from everyday operations. Steve was instrumental in refocusing the company toward custom kitchen and bath remodeling, as well as working with contractors and new construction. His portfolio includes a long list of repeat and referral customers, following clients from house to house, spanning nearly 40 years. Steve has built lifelong relationships with clients and many friendships too. Steve's vision for Cabinets Plus is to design spaces for homeowners that improve the quality of their day to day lives. He has served as the President of the Chicago Midwest Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

Dave joined the company in 1990, marking the first year that all three brothers were part owners in a dynamic and successful family business. Dave brought a diverse background in business management, data communications, customer service and entertainment to Cabinets Plus. Dave graduated from DePaul University with a BM in Classical Guitar in 1978 and later earned an MBA in 1989. His proven organization and communication skills allow him to excel in successfully managing our showroom and interfacing with our clients on many levels. Dave has developed community education courses in kitchen and bath remodeling and to date, has schooled over 500 people in a very entertaining manner.

Melissa Wilson, CBD (Certified Bath Designer), brings over 20 years of experience in kitchen, bath, office, laundry room and bar design to your project. Melissa is an effective listener, helping each client enjoy building their unique project while integrating her proven design process. "Function comes first, as together we look at the potential of the space and get the big picture. The details follow, incorporating each client's wish list. Finally, we develop design plans that integrate creative elements that are executable and match the homeowner's lifestyle." Melissa has served on the local National Kitchen and Bath Association chapter board in many positions, including President.

During Jody's 15+ years with Cabinets Plus, she has worn many hats around the office. Whether it's accessorizing our latest kitchen display or producing our next newsletter, she's always utilizing her creative abilities. Or she could be putting her accounting skills to work analyzing data or making sure all the company's bill are paid on time (our suppliers love us!). Jody also oversees the production of all the documents and communications that we have with our clients. Our business has been built on your referrals and the expectation of a high level of customer service. With Jody's strong organizational skills, she is able to keep the daily operations running smoothly.

Amy & Joanne both joined Cabinets Plus in 2010 with diverse industry backgrounds in the corporate world, from new home construction and real estate, to electrical contracting and Executive assistance. They work closely with Jody and the designers to keep the daily operations running smoothly. Their strong time management, organizational and technological skills enable us to continuously provide high quality customer service to our clients. Amy and Joanne both understand the process our clients go through during a remodeling project, as both have experienced it first-hand through room additions, kitchen and bath remodels at their own residences. You will be greeted you with a friendly smile by either one of them when you visit our showroom.
